ТЭНы для гальваники изготавливаются с оболочкой из фторопласта, титана, цельнотянутой нержавеющей стали, могут иметь тефлоновое покрытие.

Данные материалы обладают отличной надежностью и стойкостью к агрессивным химическим растворам, электролитам.

Данный тип ТЭНов изготавливается только в варианте погружения в рабочую среду, с креплением на верхней кромке ванны (выше максимального уровня раствора).
ТЭНы во фторопластовой оболочке ТЭНы с оболочкой из фторопласта используются для подогрева агрессивных растворов концентрированных кислот и щелочей, а так же их смесей. Применяются в гальванических ваннах химического производства (хромирования, никелирование и т.д.), химии, медицине
